Fly Clock Explorer

A rotatable 3D map of the fruit fly's body-clock neurons, built from the public male CNS connectome, with a beginner-friendly learning mode.

  • Analysed 150M+ synapse records to map how clock neurons connect to dopamine and hormone cells
  • Built a 3D brain and a wire-it-yourself game that checks your guesses against the real wiring
